I would like to have my kitchen floor (8 x 16 less cabinets) stripped and refinished. I think it will need to be chemically stripped rather than sanded. there is currently very little product on the wood.

1230 sq ft actual measurement, Want bamboo Horizontal, installed as a floating floor over 6mm cork (condo regs). No laminates please...want flooring that will withstand refinishing down the road.

Hardwood Refinishing approx 1500 Sq.ft. Potentially staining darker shade. Removal of approx 300 Sq.ft. of heavy traffic area hardwood and replace with stone tile.
